Our Founder and Director Pauline Kiraithe was last week awarded The Global Training and Development Leadership Award at the World HRD Congress in Mumbai on 15th February 2017 (see pictures below). This was indeed a great honor and achievement, a confirmation of all the work and contribution she has done and continues to do in her HR career. She was among other 100 HR training professionals awarded in this category. We are proud of her achievement and contribution to the HR field
