Introduction
Pauline is a global multi-award-winning HR Consultant/Executive Leadership Life and Career
Coach with over 28 years of multi-sectoral HR leadership experience. She has vast
multisector experience having worked in the NGO, Telecommunications, Retail, Media,
Education, and Professional Consulting Sectors. Over her career, she rose up the career
ladder, with her last corporate position being the HR Director of Standard Media Group. She
is now in her seventh year as an entrepreneur, executing purpose through her organization,
Talentgurus@254, where she is now using her vast HR experience to assist companies and
individuals unleash their true people potential.
Empowering Growth through Tailored Programs and Global Reach
TalentGurus@254 has developed the Ignite Youth Leadership, Ascend Self Leadership,
Ascend Masterclass, and the Refresh Personal Coaching Programs that provide youth and
professionals with life skills, personal development, leadership training, mentorship, and
career coaching services. Since inception with her team of coaches, she has coached over
3500 individuals directly, and over 150, 000 individuals indirectly in their areas of passion
and talent. She is also the curator of the leading career coaching program, the Ascend Self
Leadership program, a globally virtually-delivered program. Since its inception in 2020, 444
global corporate mid to senior leaders from 16 countries globally have graduated from the
program. This has moved them into living with greater intentionality and impact in their
personal lives, careers, and businesses.
Introducing "Owning Your Career" - A Comprehensive Career Playbook for Success.
In Nov 2021, Pauline launched her first book – Owning Your Career- a career playbook on
how to best select and manage one’s career, to how intentionally to succeed. This has
further enriched career coaching resources available in the marketplace. Since its launch in
December 2021, she has since sold over 1200 copies.
Embracing Futuristic Thinking and Influential Digital Leadership.
She is a forward thinker, very agile and adaptable, a futurist, and a social media influencer
where she has mentored and influenced large audiences to be better versions of
themselves. She has built an online community with over 30,000 followers and connections
across all her social media handles. Her key preferred professional platform is Linked In,
where she has over 13,000 followers and 7,500 connections. She is a true believer that the
world is flat and now more than ever, we all have to acquire and build on skills and mindsets
that will enable us to interact and embrace the future. She calls herself the Global Virtual
Physical Coach that has now seen her coach, train, and mentor numerous clients from
across the world. I am well versed in one-to-one and team online coaching and facilitation.
