Pauline Kiraithe – HR Consultant, Executive and Career Coach, Trainer, Mentor, Entrepreneur.

Pauline is a HR Professional with over 20 years multi-sectoral HR and management experience.  She has worked and managed people in organizations at various organization life cycles with their inherent varying people management challenges.  This includes businesses at startup, restructuring/re-engineering as well business growth stages.  Has experienced and managed all HR functions having started her career from an entry level position, working her way up to the top to Director Level.

She is now a budding entrepreneur now using her vast HR experience to assist companies and individuals achieve their true potential through use of best people management practices. She is passionate about people and their wholistic development.  She is a HR professional with the knack of bringing the best out of people.  A true believer that you can become what you imagine and dream of yourself.  As a result, she is passionate about talent development, youth leadership development, career and executive coaching, mentorship, personal financial management, organizational change management and general enhancement of best HR business practices.

She is the Founder and Director of TalentGurus@ 254 that has now developed the Ignite Youth and Ascend Leadership Programs that provides young people and professionals with life skills, leadership training, mentorship and career coaching to assist them discover their talents and help them get into the right careers early.  This will eventually help them live productive and intentional lives.  This is in her pursuit of influencing and developing tomorrow leaders.

She was on 15th February 2017at the World HRD Congress was awarded the 2017 Global Top 100 Training and Leadership Leader Award due to her past contribution and new thinking in the people training and development area.  Talentgurus@254 was shortlisted as the top 100 Kenyan most promising startups in the 1 million startups global program in 2017.

Talentgurus@254 so far coached over 500 students and professionals into discovering and pursuing their purpose.  She has also worked with leading corporate brands in identifying and solving their HR challenges.
