87% of people who work globally, do not enjoy their jobs (Gallup Survey 2023). They literally have already quit their jobs and only show up for the paycheck. This is a common problem I identified amongst the majority of the workforce that I managed over my two decades of people management.
The other key challenge identified from practice was that 8 out of 10 individuals we interviewed, had not originally pursued the course for the career they are currently pursuing. This communicated to me that there is a huge challenge around how we prepare and choose careers.
The Ascend Self Leadership Program was designed to assist professionals in realigning themselves back to their passions, giftings, and areas of potential so as to live productive and intentional lives. The program has four modules :
